The problem

Employees Slacked HR for every policy question โ€” PTO accrual, expense limits, remote work rules for international travel, parental leave entitlements. It always cites the source with a link. Questions it can't confidently answer are routed to HR with the conversation context attached.

  2. Runs semantic search against the question and reads the full matching documents.
  3. Calibrates the answer to the employee's role, location, tenure, and manager from the HR profile.
  4. Always includes a link to the source policy document.
  5. Monitors policy documents for staleness and prompts the document owner when content is 6+ months old.
  6. Routes low-confidence questions (e.g. nuanced legal situations) to HR with the full conversation context โ€” HR doesn't have to ask the employee to repeat themselves.
